Hi guys
I started cycling 4-5 weeks ago and it is making me feel so much better!
I suffer from fatigue a lot less than I did and I seem to be able to cope with joint pain much better, plus it makes me feel generally in a better mood.
I checked with my RA nurse first and she said it was a really good exercise as there is minimal strain on the joints, and she encouraged me to do it regularly.
I even managed to do 30.9 miles last Saturday, all be it all the hills nearly killed me lol.
I just wanted to share my joy at finding something they help and that I now absolutely love
